I saw your post in the forums about coding. However, I'm just learning myself. I agree with the other comment that you could bring the navigation bar color into the rest of the page. It would add balance to the design.

Is this for a forum? If so, hopefully you already have the forum set up otherwise you'll probably not find someone willing to code it all from scratch. I just noticed the login part. If this is just a portal for a forum you should be able to stumble through coding with some research and code this yourself.

The 3 column css layout is called "holy grail" if you do a search.

Portals can be a big pain because you'll need to know some php in order to bring in all the information you want from the rest of the site. When I've worked on a portal in the past I just used another open source portal as a guide.

Well, if you don't have to be done by a certain time, struggling through it now until you figure it out will mean you know how to do it later.

It took me two days to get a navigation bar looking right...I feel your pain.

Pretty nice design!

, But the only thing is that the top navigation doesn't match with the whole layout Colour wise but It does matter that much

.

I could've coded it but, I'm still learning too code.
